Its 4am and I need to finish my essay soon.
Sounds familiar?
Likely, you've burnt the same midnight oil, because, well, we are KR.

Like Jane (scroll down to cross refer), I have a nagging anxiety about the time that I have left, or the lack thereof.

And honestly, Sometimes I ask myself, is this all worth it?

I can only say with utmost conviction. 100% plus guarantee chop YEAHH

I've come to realize that fulfillment comes not with a perfect cap. Rather, it exists in STRIVING for that perfect cap alongside people you love, and EXPERIENCING life in all its fullness.

Take tonight. I have yet to be done with my essay.
My neighbors and I have a million complaints about tiredness, papers, stress, rehearsals and whatnot.
Life sucks, yes?

No, not really, in fact, not at all.

We made dinner tonight. Home cooked food in hall for once :)
and it was AMAZING.
Imported Otah from my mum's hometown in Muar,
Wintermelon by Mandy's Mummy,
Audrey's wah-first-time-im-making-omelette-with-seaweed-and-mushrooms-and-ham omelette,
Sze Sian's Apple Crumble,
Random Clam chowder
plus
Ah seng beef stew
and some items from Dining hall (that no one ate)

On the roof at twilight with people I love.
Everything's pushed away in that moment.
Great food, people and conversation; it was one of those poignant KR moments where I know I'm lucky to be here.

Dancing the evening away at TGIO later also made me smile.

THE PRICE OF TIME HAS TO BE WORTH THE EXPERIENCE.
and it was.

This is despite knowing that I will have to suffer with my essay later (i.e now).
but that's allright ;)
Also, its nice to have breaks with random neighbourly chats and visitors like Clement who come over with leftover birthday cake and conversation :DD

My third floor girls, HPB, and KRfriends, YOU keep me going. thank you:)

So while there's a price to pay, I'll fork it out,
cause there has to be a reason why iheartkr

P.S : Tell me why YOU heart KR in pictures! Send your entries now to kr_hpb@yahoo.com!
